You shall not be entitled to a refund until and unless we inspect and approve of the status of the returned product. Upon our investigation and approval of the returned product, we shall notify you of the receipt and advice on your refund eligibility.
If your request for refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policy.
In the event that transmitted funds do not reflect in your account after a refund process has been initiated, contact your credit card company before contacting your bank before eventually contacting us upon failure of all the above steps.
The company only replaces or refunds products that are either defective or damaged associated with our handling procedures.
Any costs of shipping in return shall be covered by you in case you intend to return an item. If returning a product that costs $75 and above we advise that you either track the product or insure the product while shipping.
