We do not offer refunds or returns.

Monthly Subscribers Policy:

We shall gladly cancel orders of monthly subscribers as long as you notify us up to one day before the monthly payment is due. Upon pass of the due date of your monthly bill, your credit card on file will be charged and we will be unable to provide refunds, returns or exchanges.

We will not offer any refunds after 30 days have elapsed from the date of your last purchase.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Gift Vouchers
* Items not in their original form, incomplete, or damaged not by our error
* Items returned after the expiry of the 30 days period

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon inspection of your return, we will notify you via email that inspection is in process. We will also notify you the verdict of our inspection.

If you are approved, we will immediately process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain period of time.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
In case of a delay in receiving your refund, the initial step is to check your bank account. Afterwards, contact your credit card providers, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If needed, contact your bank. The banks may take some time to process such transactions before it is reflected. Sale items Policy

We can only refund regular-priced items (if applicable). Sale items do not qualify for a refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Items will be replaced only if they are defective or damaged. Notify us via email ( and we will provide you with shipping information.

You will be accountable for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Such costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Where the item being shipped costs over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Receiving your returned item is not fully guaranteed.
