Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, Shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We are only able to ship domestically within the United States and do not ship outside the United States. Please contact us at Info@susosuwater.com if you are looking to order from outside of the United States.  

 

Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing to shop on our website and purchasing Susosu Water. We are constantly working to deliver the best product and unbeatable service to you.

This policy applies to products purchased through the Susosuwater.com website (the “Website”). It does not apply to products purchased through any other website, including Amazon.com.

Refund

Upon purchasing a product from our Website, the transaction is considered complete. You have 24 hours from placing the order or until the product is shipped, whichever occurs earlier, to cancel the order. After this period, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason.

Susosu Water is committed to the quality of our products. However, if a customer receives a damaged box, we are unable to offer a refund as we have no control over shipping carriers. Instead, we will offer a significant discount for a future purchase. To request a discount for a damaged product, please send an email to info@susosuwater.com within 30 days of the date of your original order. All discount requests must include your name, order confirmation number, and be accompanied by (i) written documentation outlining the reason for the discount request and (ii) photographic evidence of the damaged product. To be eligible for a discount, your ordered products must be unused and in the same condition as received.

You are entitled to a discount after inspection of the damaged product. If approved, your discount will be processed, and a future credit will be issued to you within one business day. 

Replacements

We do not offer replacements. If the product you received expires within three month, was damaged in transit, or is otherwise defective, we will provide a significant discount for a future purchase at no cost to you.
