All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, Shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We are only able to ship domestically within the United States and do not ship outside the United States. Please contact us at Info@susosuwater.com if you are looking to order from outside of the United States.

This policy applies to products purchased through the Susosuwater.com website (the “Website”). It does not apply to products purchased through any other website, including Amazon.com.
Except as expressly set forth in this policy, once you purchase a product from our Website, the transaction is complete and you will have 24 hours upon placing the order or until the product is shipped, whichever earlier, to cancel the order. We will not accept a return or refund of that product or exchange of that product for any reason.
Susosu Water stands behind our Products and we will do our best to make it right. The company only replaces or refunds products that are either defective or damaged associated with our handling procedures. To request a refund or replacement for a damaged product send an email to email@example.com within 30 days of the date of your original order and all such refund requests shall have your name, order confirmation number, and must be accompanied by (i) written documentation outlining the reason for such refund request and (ii) photographic evidence of such damaged or defective Products. To be eligible for a refund, your ordered Products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
You shall be entitled to a refund or replacement after inspection of the damaged product. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in one business days.
If the Product you received expires within one month, was damaged in transit, or is otherwise defective, we will replace it with a similar version of the Product at no cost to you.
In the event that transmitted funds do not reflect in your account after a refund has been initiated, contact your bank or merchant first. There is often a processing time delay of a few days before a refund is posted. If you haven't received a refund yet, check with your bank again. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
